Overall a very good experience! It was a fit for my needs, but here are some things to help determine if it is the right fit for your needs. Pros: - VERY secure! 2 coded doors before you even get to the apartment door to get the key (lock box) - Central location - 18 min walk to Notre Dame & the Louvre - Nice size - true king size bed & functional kitchen - No smoking in the courtyard - 2 welcome waters - Shower & sink gets VERY hot (nice, but be careful) Cons: - You can hear the rumble of the metro under you, so if you are sensitive to that, it might not be the best fit for you. - Closet is not functional - it is used to store the cleaning supplies for the unit instead of providing a space to hang any clothes you brought - No top sheet on the bed - only having a duvet makes it difficult to regulate temperature while sleeping - No hand soap - had to use the dish soap to wash my hands (and yes, as others have mentioned bring your own shampoo and shower soap, so I was prepared for that) - Communication with the host was very slow or never answered before arrival - I asked about dropping my bags early while cleaning was being completed and never heard back so I used a 3rd party bag drop in the area - Had to figure some things out for myself = having to push buttons to exit and for exterior lights to come on

There are many things we appreciated about our stay. Great location, good communication however there were several things that could have made the property so much better. There were hangers but no place to hang clothes, no hooks to hang towels so they could dry from day to day, no soap or shampoo when we arrived, no soap dish in the shower to hold the soap. There were broken lights and unfortunately the bathroom smelled like a sewer at night. If these small things were taken care of this could be a great place to stay.

The location was great, conveniently close to all our desired activities (proximity to the subway and about a 25-minute walk to Ile de Cite), However, there were some issues with the Checkin (the door code was omitted in the instructions), plus the main entrance code to the courtyard was changed unexpectedly, This seems to only occur every six months, but the host failed to inform me, Luckily, a neighbor provided the code as we were all waiting at the door,

A generally fantastic stay with an excellent location that felt quite secure, and it was unexpectedly serene inside despite being on the main road, The only drawback was the lack of adequate hot water for consecutive showers, Other minor issues included scarce hand soap, shampoo, and body wash, There was no ironing board, and the iron was barely functional, However, the bed was extremely cozy, and the sheets and towels were spotless, Highly recommendable,

The apartment price is fair and when compared to the quality provided, it's a good deal, The apartment is situated 300m away from main metro stations and 1,2km from the train station, where you can catch the RER to Disneyland or other attractions, It's a bit compact but still larger than other options I considered, Much more affordable than other booking options, Comes with plenty of plates, forks, and spoons, There's also a generous supply of coffee and tea, and all the necessary equipment is included, It's certainly worth the price,

The apartment is extremely cozy and it resembles the images perfectly, The area is fantastic and there are 2 subway stations in close proximity, The only downside is the hot water system, which doesn't function properly, especially when sharing with someone else, The hot water depletes quickly, leading to waiting times of approximately 40 - 60 minutes between showers,

The apartment is very nicely furnished and is located in a great neighborhood of Paris, Everything is easily accessible by metro, However, it is smaller than expected, Unfortunately, the bathroom door, which is only a sliding door, that we could not lock, blocks every time we open and close it, The hot water in the shower only works briefly, Many little things bothered us such as missing light bulbs or a broken piece on the lamp, For this price, it would be appropriate to bring the apartment back up to scratch,
