Our recent stay at this outstanding Airbnb in Paris left us overjoyed, The location was just right, nestled in a captivating neighborhood with effortless access to all the key sites and public transit, The apartment was roomy and well-furnished, boasting two cozy bedrooms and two fresh and modern bathrooms, The kitchen came fully stocked with all that we needed to whip up meals, a feature particularly handy for our family, With two children and two adults, the amenities provided were just right for a cozy stay, The host was impressively quick to respond and accommodating, making our vacation even more delightful, All in all, this Airbnb went above and beyond our hopes and we would strongly recommend it to anyone making a trip to Paris!

The location was excellent, surrounded by plenty of Cafés and restaurants, with the metro station only a short walk away, The street was peaceful except for some ongoing construction work, but since our stay fell on the weekend, it didn't pose a problem, There was a minor hiccup with the key not being in the designated spot, however, the host immediately stepped in and resolved the issue, The apartment was tastefully decorated and extremely clean, although it didn't seem as fresh as it appeared in the photos, The beds were cozy but a few members of our group found the pillows overly thick, My only concern is whether the apartment would be warm enough during the winter, as we experienced rather cold weather and had to crank up the a/c to adequately heat the place, particularly in the entrance/living room which didn't seem to be well insulated, Other than that, everything was superb and the location is unbeatable!

The flat is pleasant and situated in a fine area, It's central with a bustling neighborhood that boasts supermarkets and various dining and drinking spots, even though the street itself maintains a calm atmosphere, Gaining entry to the apartment is quite straightforward, During our visit, there was construction going on in the street, but it didn't cause us any noise disturbance, Certain areas of the bedroom walls could use a fresh coat of paint, Aside from that, the place was clean and welcoming, The kitchen comes with all the necessary equipment and the flat boasts two complete bathrooms, which were ideal for our group of four,

Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful flat in an amazing building in a fantastic spot in Le Marais, Fantastic stores, designer shops, cozy cafes and exquisite restaurants all just a short stroll away, Superb starting point for discovering all of Paris, Proximity to several metro stations, Serene and charming street, smack dab in the heart of it all, More detailed guidance on entry codes and key operation would be beneficial, Additionally, it would be great to have a big mirror and a wardrobe or shelves for storing clothes,

The flat was beautifully furnished and situated in a perfect location in Le Marais, Everything is within walking distance, There are excellent restaurants and hidden bars just around the corner from the apartment, The air conditioning was pleasant and effective, There are blackout curtains if you prefer to sleep in, although we would have liked a full-length mirror, Our group of four found the space to be just right, and having two newly renovated bathrooms was fantastic, The area is peaceful and not heavily trafficked, yet just a 5-minute walk from the metro, which is convenient, Joffrey was excellent, He was very responsive when I reached out, but overall, it was a hassle-free experience, The instructions were straightforward, and we had everything we required! We would certainly return, Many thanks!

Beautiful location with newly renovated bathrooms, There are some missing amenities such as a full-length mirror, only a 6-inch mirror hung too high in one of the bathrooms, No hooks in the bathroom or bedrooms to hang wet towels, One of the bedrooms lacks a closet or dresser, It's worth mentioning that there is no oven available,

My family and I really enjoyed our time here, The location was fantastic, Everything was easily accessible, It was great to have 2 bathrooms! The layout of the rental worked well for my 16-year-old daughter, husband, and me to spend time together but also have some space when needed, The only issues I encountered were a bag of dirty linens left in the closet, difficulty accessing the key at check-in, and returning the key at check-out, Thankfully, the host was quick to respond and I would definitely book this place again,

The flat has a pleasant ambiance, It was recently renovated, giving it a modern touch with some small details that make it cozy and welcoming, It features large windows overlooking a street where a school is situated, allowing you to enjoy the sound of children playing, which is quite delightful, The layout is perfect for families with children as the bedrooms provide ample privacy, The internet connection was reliable, As mentioned by other guests, the process of accessing the flat may have a slight learning curve, and I believe the property management company could explore alternative ways to explain it, However, they were cooperative and even assisted us in arranging an early bag drop-off to avoid carrying our bags around Paris, The flat is situated in a fantastic area of the city, In conclusion, choosing this location would likely not disappoint you,

Excellent location with fantastic small restaurants & cafes nearby, We mainly enjoyed breakfast at the "Saison Marais" cafe on Rue Charles-François Dupuis with shakura, oatbowl, and date milk to kickstart the day, The area remains peaceful at night, even on weekends, Handing over the keys proved to be quite a challenge, as mentioned before, With our 2 sons, it turned into a fun game, Following a long journey involving trains, metros, and heavy luggage, it can also be tiring for some guests, One feels relieved to finally reach the apartment, Regrettably, upon arrival, the apartment had not been cleaned, despite the 3pm check-in time as stated, We were not given timely notice, The cleaning of the apartment was rather superficial, Communication was excellent from day one, with regular check-ins on our well-being, We opted for CheckMyGuest due to the personalized touch from hosts, The apartment is actually managed by a real estate company, which was not immediately apparent, For our 3-night stay, it sufficed as we spent most of our time exploring Paris, Thank you for having us!

This review is intended for (Website hidden by CheckMyGuest) I understand it is a real estate management company, Pleasant, spacious, and well-located apartment, The pictures are accurate, Excellent shower! Good quality sheets and towels, However, there was a lack of shampoo and toilet paper, The common area and the courtyard are in need of renovation and are not pleasant, The check-in process was a nightmare,,,we were only able to enter because a resident helped us, Communication needs improvement,,,it took a long time to get a response when I called (multiple times),,, We spent a month traveling in Europe and stayed with CheckMyGuest Superhosts in other cities,,,and we concluded that management companies need to enhance their services compared to property owners managing their own properties,,, In terms of value, in my opinion, it's better to pay a bit more and stay in a nice hotel to receive better service!

Extremely clean, beautiful sheets and large towels, amazing location, Access instructions were very easy to follow and detailed, although I recommend reading them in advance, Kitchen well stocked with dishes and plates and even some basic cooking supplies, Wifi worked really well, One downside: the apartment accommodates 6 people but there is only one key, so you need to coordinate if your group wants to separate, Also, after 2 showers (about 8-10 minutes each) the hot water ran out on our first morning (we were 4 people) but the following day we took shorter showers and managed to have 3 (and one at night), Water pressure was excellent, Overall, it was a delightful stay,
