This fully equipped holiday home is equipped with every comfort. Enjoy an aperitif on 1 of the 3 terraces with a view of the valley and the city of Limoux, which is 1.5 km from the house. Everything in the house is on the ground floor and the swimming pool was newly installed in 2023. The house has 3 bedrooms for 6 people and there is still adjoining, but only accessible from the outside, a studio that can serve as an extra bedroom for 1 person, equipped with a sofa that converts into a bed. An excellent bakery is 1.1 km from the house and the airport of Carcassonne is 25 km and that of Toulouse 100 km. Ryanair flies from Charleroi to both airports several times a week. The sea is about a 50-minute drive away (Gruissan / Narbonne). The ski slopes of Font Romeu and the Pyrenees are also a 1-hour drive from the holiday villa.
