This is a spacious villa with a large pool and a large, enclosed garden. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the villa is large enough for 8 people. You will also find a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a covered terrace and a heated bubble bath._x000D_ _x000D_ The villa is located in the woods between the Provencal village of le Muy and the seaside resort of Sainte-Maxime (18 km). Sainte-Maxime is a lively seaside resort with beautiful shops, a beach and terraces. A large Provencal market is held in Le Muy every Sunday and Thursday. In the area you will find several 18-hole golf courses._x000D_ _x000D_ The owners live in the basement at the back of the villa, with its own entrance and no direct view. If desired, they can tell you about the beautiful surroundings._x000D_ _x000D_ The pool is protected by an alarm. For children who cannot swim, a declaration of responsibility is signed by all families with children on arrival for any possible accident related to the pool.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 350,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
