Excellent location, extremely close to the metro and situated in a peaceful courtyard, with a bakery and supermarket nearby, The apartment looks exactly as shown in the pictures, and most of the features were fulfilled, There are a few minor things that could be improved to make it truly outstanding: the bathroom sink drains a bit slowly, and there is no salt/pepper/oil provided (although the kitchen is very well-equipped, including a coffee machine and some starter capsules), There is a small amount of dust in one of the cupboards, The steep and narrow staircase may take some time to get used to, but it's not a major issue, These are the only minor flaws, otherwise, it's a fantastic apartment!
