Our 120 m² timber-framed holiday apartment is independent, comfortable, and spacious. The ground floor living area comprises a large living room, an open-plan kitchen/dining room, and a veranda. This veranda leads to the terrace and the ornamental garden to the south. The living room is furnished with two sofa beds and a sliding wall that creates a separate sleeping area. A separate toilet and bathroom are located in the entrance area. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds, a bathroom with a toilet, and a relaxation area with a bench in the hallway. The south-facing facade provides access to a 40 m² terrace and a 200 m² fenced garden with mature trees. Three parking spaces are available, including an electric vehicle charging station.
