This beautiful and well-furnished villa in Var offers 4 bedrooms to accommodate 8 guests. Ideal for many families or friends, this property features a private pool and is close to Sainte Croix Lake. D'Artignosc Lake is just 2 km away. You can relish your favourite meals at the restaurants or go for groceries or bakery only 0.6 km and 0.5 km, respectively. The public pool is at 9 km. The air-conditioned property features two terraces and a garden, where you can laze around amidst the serene beauty. There is a seasonal private pool where you can enjoy a swim. Table tennis table, boules court, and play equipment ensure that kids have a lot of fun while in the villa. Barbecue, parking, high chair, washing machine, and a children?s bed are other available amenities. Public transport can be availed 12 km from the villa.

General:
Hoewel het even zoeken was, zorgt dit voor een positief effect. Het huis is erg rustig gelegen, waardoor spelende en roepende kinderen niet makkelijk voor overlast zorgen bij de omgeving. Het huis is prachtig en het zwembad nodigt uit om direct een plons te nemen!

Streek van de Gorges du Verdon is prachtig. Het huis is heel aangenaam en de eigenaar is supervriendelijk.

General:
This villa is absolutely fantastic. Very big, very clean, large kitchen and everything works. Towels, blankets, baby beds, wifi and anything you might need is there and it's nicely decorated so you'll feel right at home. The big terras and playground was perfect for our 14 month old daughter. This place is perfect for groups and families but still cosy enough for a couple. Did I mention the swimming pool and jacuzzi? The house is situated on the edge of Artignosc on a small hill with a 360 degree view of the surrounding hills and forests. The village is small and very quite and within a minute you'll find yourself walking through nature. Artignosc itself is small, rustic, near a small lake and gorge and within half an hour drive from other very nice villages with lots of historical remnants from Roman times (fountains, townsquares, towers etc). Within 45 minutes you'll find yourself and the famous Gorges du Verdon, or as some say the French Grand Canyon (it is really the 2nd biggest canyon in the world!) From Artignosc it's a 1,5 hour drive to St. Maxime on the Cote d'Azur and I suggest you do that and add a day of beach fun to your peaceful stay. The first contact with the owner was very smooth and he was quick to reply to any question we had. He lives 200 meters down the road and will immediately come and solve any issue you might have. He also invited me and my family for a Sunday lunch with his beautiful family, which was a lot of fun, also because of the good food, wine and pastiche ) I you're up for quality time with friends or family I sincerely recommend this villa and it's owner!!

Schönes ruhiges Haus, in ansprechender Landschaft. Leider etwas abgelegen, zur Verdonschlucht ca. 1 1/2 Stunden, nächst größerer Ort 30 min. Basses gorges du verdon sind allerdings in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Geweldig vakantiehuis, gelegen op berg op ongeveer 1km. afstand van klein pitoresk slaapdorpje Artignosc sur Verdon. Het huid is in werkelijkheid stukken groter en luxer dan op de foto´s en omschrijving lijkt. Inventaris is ruimschoots en van goede kwaliteit aanwezig. Overig is allemaal kwalitatief goed. De locatie is prachtig. Uitkijkend vanuit je ligstoel aan het zwembad op de bergen van de Gorges du Verdon op de verre achtergrond. Zeer rustig gelegen en iets wat afgelegen, geen verkeersgeluiden enz. Voor hondenbezitters een perfecte locatie/omgeving. Er is genoeg waterverkoeling (zwembad en meer (ca. 15min. lopen)) en schaduw aanwezig. Het terrein is goed en volledig omheind met hekwerk van ca. 1,5 meter hoog. Veel privacy. Op ongeveer 8km afstand bevindt zich de eerste supermarkt. Tevens een mooie afwisselende omgeving waar je makkelijk met de auto bij vele bezienswaardigheden bent. Wij hebben er een topvakantie gehad en komen zeker weer terug!!!

Prachtig huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Gelegen op zeer ruime kavel met mooi zwembad (vooral voor kinderen). Goed onderhouden en schoongehouden. Bedden zijn iets aan de korte kant voor lange mensen (boven de 1.90 mtr). Rustig gelegen maar veel voorzieningen (o.a. een goed gesorteerde Tabac)dicht in de buurt. Al met al een vijf sterren woning! Tip: Pizzeria/Restaurant La Remise in St Laurent sur Verdon: eenvoudig maar smakelijk met een prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
