First of all, welcome to Normandy in the Bessin region. The cottage is located a few km from Omaha Beach and the US cimetery. You are in a historically very rich region. You are also at the very beginning of the Bessin and Cotentin marshes. This marsh area offers you beautiful walks in the heart of abundant nature.
In terms of amenities, you will find in Trévières, a small village at 3 Km, every thing you need (Bakeries, butchers, Gas station, press store, mini market, car work shop, pharmacy, doctors...). There is also a new mini market in Formigny at 1 Km).
