Sauna (wood-heated and electric stove), washing room (shower and toilet). Upstairs; doorless bedroom with 2 beds (120 cm and 90 cm), bedroom2; with separate beds for two and single bed (80 cm). A balcony. Underfloor heating downstairs.
Air source heat pump upstairs in the bedroom. Can be used for cooling the room on hot summer days. A pleasant year-around use cottage by the lake, on a small peninsula. Excellent unit for familes. Nearest neighbor 40 m. A bright, flat and partly rocky courtyard. Siikaistenjärvi -lake is famous for pikeperch. Smoking oven for fish. 2 bicycles.
