Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 87 m² and is build in 2006. In 2025 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 2 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pumps. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² natural site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 14500 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Sandbox.Fire place. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven, Airfryer oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.
