Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 78 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1878. In 1971 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 2509 m² natural site. Situated 50 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 16 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing

Das Haus ist zwar alt aber urgemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch für Kinder ideal. Die Lage, erste Reihe am Wasser, ist toll.
