Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 58 m² and is build in 1932. In 2015 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 200 m² natural site. Situated 50 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 3 electric hotplates, baking oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged. You can only park 1 car (no vans) by the holiday home because of the location, right by the beach.

Beste beliggenhet jeg har hatt i mine 25 år som sol og strand gjest, deilig strand og flott badevann. < br />7 minutter med bil til sentrum og mange flotte spisesteder lokalt . < br />25 minutter til Tyskland hvis man vil på koselig shopping i gamle smågater. < br />huset er slitt av sand og salt gjennom mange år og det synes noen steder, enkel standard innvendig, og noen litt for raske håndtverksløsninger, men det fungerer. < br />AC er dessverre ødelagt og det kan fort bli varmt inne bak de 60 små vinduene i stuen. < br />veldig mange edderkopper og spindelvev ute og inne, så en innsektsspray er kjekt å ha. < br />men et flott opphold .

Das Ferienhaus hat eine traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand. Sehr ruhig und die Sonnenaufgänge - ein Traum !

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, direkt am Strand. Absolute Ruhe für Erholungssuchende. Wir hatten das Haus auf Grund der Lage am Strand gebucht um dort auch zu angeln. Allerdings befindet sich genau da ein Schutzgebiet in dem Angeln verboten ist. Also für alle Angler vorher informieren. Es gibt aber auch 2 Kritikpunkte. Die Ausstattung des Haus soll lt. Beschreibung für 4 Personen ausgestattet sein. Dies trifft aber nicht auf die Möblierung zu. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es nur einen Minitisch, eine Minicouch und 2 Sessel. Da kann von Gemütlichkeit z.B. am Abend nicht die Rede sein. Das WLAN ist eine absolute Zumutung. Ich habe das mehrmals reklamiert aber es erfolgte trotz Zusage keine Reaktion bzw. Information. Mit meistens 1 Mbit (habe ich mit mehreren verschiedenen Speedtest getestet. Max. wurden 6-7 Mbit erreicht. Völlig inakzeptabel.

Toller Urlaub an einem ganz schönen ruhigen Ort, immer wieder gerne. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!!! Schlüsselübergabe kontaktlos und ohne Probleme!

Es ist atemberaubend dieses Feeling direkt am Meer ein Haus zu haben. Mit dem Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund einzuschlafen und auch wieder aufzuwachen ist Balsam für die Seele. Vielen Dank!
