Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 140 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1827. In 2013 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1662 m² natural site. Situated 15 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 10000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. In the sauna, located in the basement of the house, there is an opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Ankommen, durchatmen und einfach wohlfühlen. Wir waren schon in verschiedenen Ferienhäuser auf Bornholm. Dieses war mit Abstand das beste! Die einzigartige Lage direkt am Meer, fantastische Sonnenuntergänge, die gemütliche Einrichtung und Atmosphäre des Hauses einfach nur herrlch.

Fantastisk udsigt over havet, både inde fra huset og fra den lille terrasse på siden af huset. Tre gode og rummelige soveværelser - større end sædvanligt i et sommerhus. Køkken med meget udstyr og bestik/service. Gammelt hus, der er blevet godt istandsat. Velfungerende køkken/spiserum og hyggelig stue - begge med havudsigt.

Beliggenheden er fantastisk. Huset er meget smagfuldt indrettet. Vi nød virkelig at være der. Selvom vejret ikke var det bedste i uge 38, så gjorde beliggenheden at udsigten var smuk og anderledes hver dag??
