The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 70 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1206 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 1300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1900 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located in the annex.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. The electric car charger cannot be used between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

General:
Das Ferienhaus war nicht nur modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sondern auch sehr hell und freundlich. Wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die sehr gute technische Ausstattung mit schnellem und stabilem Internet sowie einer hochwertigen Soundanlage ist zu erwähnen. < br />Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das großzügige, sehr gepflegte Grundstück mit seinen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. Es war zudem sehr ruhig, und wir konnten sogar zwei Füchse bestaunen, die regelmäßig durch den Garten liefen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend in einiger Entfernung, und auch der Weg zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten war nicht weit. < br />Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.

Huset var lyst og åbent. God kvalitet af møbler, lyd og inventar. Flere terrasser rundt om huset at finde læ og sol på. Dejligt hus.
