The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1292 m² garden site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1900 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Petanque. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. A surveillance camera is installed in the driveway. The camera is turned off when the house is occupied.

., huset er dejligt lyst og har alt hvad vi havde brug for i udstyr. Husets senge er lidt smalle i 2 af soverummene Men det vidste vi da vi bestilte sommerhuset

Das Haus war leider nicht gereinigt. Müll im Mülleimer der Vormieter, Essensreste in den Küchenschubladen, Haare und Krümel im Bett und viel Sand in den Duschen. Zudem überall Spinnweben im Haus. Merkwürdiger Duft im Haus, der versucht wird mit Duftölen zu übertönen. Die Betten sind unbequem und klein. Die Bäder extrem klein, nix für große Menschen. Eine Überwachungskamera aussen schaut direkt ins Schlafzimmer… Das Haus ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wurde lieblos teilrenoviert. Für den Preis gibt es bessere Häuser. Einzig der Garten war schön.
