Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 119 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1960. In 2005 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 625 m² natural site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 300 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the platform of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. 1-3 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Ferienhaus liegt nahe zum Strand. Alles im Ort ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ideal für Hundebesitzer, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist und man den Hund bedenkenlos laufen lassen kann.

wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus: Lage u. Größe zufrieden. Einige Dinge z.B. tägliches Geschirr entspach nicht unserem Standard.Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, zum Strand ist es nicht weit da stimmt die Angabe - man kann jau auch den PKW nehmen. Fazit: Empfehlung.

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Allerdings für einen Aufenthalt im Winter durch die mangelnde Heizung eher ungeeignet.

Wir haben uns während des Aufenthalts im Haus und auch auf dem großen, eingezäunten (praktisch mit Hund) Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Räumlichkeiten bieten mehreren Personen genügend Platz und am Inventar mangelt es - im großen und ganzen - an überhaupt nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub zu dritt. Kaum angekommen, haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe total gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Der Urlaub mit der Familie war toll. Die Raumaufteilung ist klasse. Die Dusche draußen ist super nach strandtagen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist OK. Das Besteck müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Toller Fernseher, leider ohne smart-tv Möglichkeit und nur zwei deutsche Programme

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit unseren Kindern, das Trampolin war super und die Ausstattung sowie Inneneinrichtung sehr schön und individuell. Tolle Terrassen mit schöner Bepflanzung und ganz viel Sitzmöglichkeiten und Windschutz. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und zum Softeis, einfach traumhaft!
