Lage ist schön, für den Weg zum Meer sind Fahrräder zu empfehlen. Terrasse ist schön zum Sitzen, Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Das Bad ist etwas schwierig, vorallem die Dusche, die nur schwer abläuft. Bei Schwierigkeiten wurde sehr schnell geholfen.
