Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 78 m² and is build in 2009. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 800 m² garden site. Situated 150 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. Radio. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged

Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen, einzig die Dusche dürfte renoviert werden. Die Verwaltung reagierte sehr schnell und zuvorkommend bei Problemen.

Dejligt hus og skønt område. Dejligt at gå Hjerteture i sommerhus området, varieret og overraskende hyggelige ture, 2, 6, 10 eller 12 km. Dog en del tung trafik fra hovedvejen.

Nice house, comfortable, light, roomy. Kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are good. One point of criticisme: the showercabin. The mortar between the tiles has a black brown deposit at several places by fungi. So not a 100% 5-score. Overall we would recommend the house. The house is strategically located when you want to visit the Limfjorden region for various purposes.

Wir haben das Haus mit 2 Personen für 14 Tage genutzt. Die Einrichtung war für unsere Bedürfnisse in Ordnung, im Wohnraum gibt es gegenüber den Fotos Veränderung, aber nicht zum Nachteil. < br />Eine Nutzung des Hauses mit möglichen 6 Personen möchten wir nicht empfehlen. < br />Der Service von Sonne und Strand ist sehr gut. Man fühlt sich gut betreut. Ein defektes Küchengerät wurde problemlos durch die Eigentümerin getauscht. < br />Die Lage des Hauses (zweite Reihe) und unweit vom Strand sind ein positiver Aspekt.

das haus ist erstklassig, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. leider mussten wir wegen krankheit früher nach hause fahren,dennoch sind wir mit allem sehr zufrieden, ihnen alles gute, mit freundlichen grüssn,,,klaus und annelie schmelzer

Tolles Haus, gut durchdacht, alles da, was man braucht, der Platz für mitgebrachtete Lebensmittel ist zu gering, der Ofen ist topp Wir waren im Februar da, es hat sehr viel geregnet bzw. geschneit, da wurde deutlich, daß das Haus in der kalten Jahreszeit unserer Meinung nach nicht für 6 Personen geeignet ist
