The holiday home is equipped with 2 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pumps. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there are 2 wood-burning stoves.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 7141 m² dune site. Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. Bathtub.

Worth knowing

Sehr alt, aber urgemütlich, alles im Haus vorhanden, was man braucht, sehr niedrige Deckenhöhe, sehr schmale Betten, die einzigartige Lage ist nicht zu toppen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig! Der Wintergarten ist die perfekte Ergänzung. Das Haus ist alt und hat sehr viel Charme. Die Betten sind bequem, die Größenangaben sollten aber genau gelesen werden. Die Decken sind sehr niedrig. Es fehlt in der Küche an nichts. Man hat das Gefühl, in einem Museum zu wohnen. Wunderbar!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in diesem alten, gemütlichen Haus! Die Decken sind wirklich nicht hoch, wir mussten lernen, die Köpfe einzuziehen.

Wij hebben genoten van het mooie huis. Het is authenthiek ingericht, veel oude elementen zijn bewaard gebleven wat een geweldige sfeer geeft. Alles is aanwezig. Zelfs een bloemetje op geeft je een warm welkom. De ligging is perfect 100m van de kust. Ook de serre is een pluspunt, vooral als het wat kouder is en de zon wel schijnt kun je hier heerlijk zitten. Je hebt uitzicht op de zee, de vuurtoren en het kerkje van Trans. We zijn vaak in Denemarken geweest, maar dit is echt een aanrader als je van rust en natuur houdt.
