Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 3 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 1985. In 2005 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. There is floorheating in the living room.} Freezer capacity of 12 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1513 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 10000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Apple TV. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Ich war mit dem Ferienhaus insgesamt sehr zufrieden. < br />Von Ihnen war mitgeteilt wordem, dass ich eine Information erhalte, wenn das Objekt vor 16:00 Uhr zugänglich ist. Ich habe keine Information erhalten. Ab 13.00 habe ich vorm Haus gewartet. < br />Die Zugangsdaten für Internet wichen auf der deutschsprachigen Informationsseite von der dänischen Seite ab. Das war zunächst verwirrend. Auf der dänischsprachigen war der korrekte Zugang. < br />Atmosphäre, Einrichtung und Lage bewerte ich mit positiv. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. < br />Ich kann das Haus empfehlen.

Stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr schön helle Räume, gut abzudunkelnes Schlafzimmerfenster, viele gute Küchenutensilien, sehr schönes und gepflegtes Naturgrundstück. Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer etwas klein, etwas wenig Staumöglichkeiten (Schränke)

Das Ferienhaus war wirklich super ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Bad und Schlafzimmer waren zwar etwas klein, dafür waren Küchen- und Wohnbereich aber umso großzügiger geschnitten. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Et hyggeligt lille sommerhus på en stille vej og dejlig lukket og læ fyldt grund. Vi nød den dejlige tilbyggede lyse stue og den dejlige læ fyldte terrasse. Der er alt hvad man har brug for i huset "så rigeligt til endda" skabe og skuffer i køkkenet et fyldt, så der næsten ikke er levnet plads til gæsternes medbragte ting i køkkenet. Billederne af stuen stemmer ikke sammen med møblement, som det er nu, hvor spisebordet er sat helt op i en mørk krog, den flyttede vi ud så vi havde lys.
