Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 50 m² and is build in 1967. In 2023 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1223 m² natural site. Situated 350 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 12500 m. A 25 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Hereof a total of 25 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV.1 Chromecast. No TV channels - only streaming. There is the possibility to log in to all TV apps - both Danish and foreign, including Netflix, and more. There is also the option to add your own apps if you have a Google account. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

- das Haus ist mit der eingezäunten Terasse ideal für Gäste mit eigenen Haustier, da kein Aufpassen/ Anleinen des Hundes Hundes erforderlich wird < br />- Lage etwas versteckt, dadurch schön ruhig < br />- perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub < br />- bis zum Strand kurze Wege < br />- schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung vorhanden

Ein einfaches Haus, gebaut 1967, was man dem Haus in vielen Dingen auch ansieht. Einiges an der Inneneinrichtung bedarf der Renovierung. Die Sitzmöbel und die Tische waren relativ neu. Bei unserem Einzug fanden wir ein Bettinlett mit großem Blutfleck vor. Dieses liegt jedoch eindeutig in der Verantwortung des Vormieters! Jeder sollte die Verantwortung tragen und den Schaden melden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Servicebüro zu dem Vorgang war sehr gut. Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Was uns gestört hat ist der Umstand, dass für den Kamin kein Ascheimer im Haus und keine Möglichkeit zur Ascheentsorgung am Haus vorgesehen ist! Die Asche muß zu einer Deponie gebracht werden und darf nicht über die Mülltonne entsorgt werden! Das Kaminbesteck bestand nur aus einem Schürhaken. Kein Kaminbesen oder Schaufel vorhanden! Der einzig im Haus vorhandene Handfeger in der Besenkammer sah entsprechen aus. Die Küche war völlig ausreichend eingerichtet, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher waren neu. Das Grundstück war im Umkreis von ca. 2 Meter um das Haus begehbar, der Rest war Naturgrundstück. Der Strand ist in ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg über einen Trampelpfad oder die Straße zu erreichen. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und das Ferienhaus toll gelegen. Allerdings stimmte für uns das Preisleistungsverhälrnis nicht (ca. 2500 Euro für zwei Wochen). Bezüglich Ausstattung und Sauberkeit hätten wir für den hohen Preis mehr erwarten dürfen - trotz Hochsaison.
