Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 103 m² and is build in 2004. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. Floor heating in the hall. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 45 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1700 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 65 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 30 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Trampoline. Football goal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds.2 sleeping places in adjustable beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Es fehlt einem an nichts wenn man dort einzieht < br />Die Lage ist traumhaft man muss nicht weit gehen und man ist am Strand < br />Es liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Gegend Wer gerne Sekt trinkt sollte sich dafür Gläser mitbringen

Ein sehr gutes Ferienhaus mit umfangreicher Ausstattung, gut geeignet für sechs Personen. Durch die überdachte und gut gepflegte Terrasse ist auch effektiv noch mehr Wohnraum vorhanden als der großzügige Wohnbereich mit seinem für die ganze Familie passenden Sofa. Zwei Sätze der Betten sind elektrisch einstellbar, Bad und Küche sind ebenfalls sehr gut nutzbar. Man ist zu Fuß zügig am Strand und kann auf diesem in 10 Minuten ins Dorf laufen, um am Landungsplatz ein Eis zu essen.

Ein super schönes Haus, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr großes und schönes Grundstück, wir haben direkt wieder gebucht.

Für uns das bisher wunderschönste Ferienhaus was wir je hatten. Es gibt rein gar nichts zu bemängeln! Die Ausstattung ist mehr als umfangreich. Man fühlt von Sekunde eins an sehr wohl! Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber! Das Grundstück sehr groß und die Kids lieben das Tranpolin, Schaukel, Rutsche und allerlei Spiele welche im Schuppen zu finden sind. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön ruhig - der perfekte Ort für maximale Entspannung! Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal hier und es werden noch viele Male folgen!
