Lay-out
Holiday flat suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 77 m² and is build in 1967. In 2004 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 150 m² natural site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 25 m away. Access to a balcony. A shared grill is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
1 Smart-TV. 1 Bluetooth speaker. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Fantastisk beliggenhed lige ved torvet og meget tæt på havnen. Huset var meget rent og godt udstyret.

Levede fint op til vores forventninger. Gode senge og udstyr, super beliggenhed i centrum afbyeni gåafstand til byens seværdigheder og gode restaurenter

Schöne Wohnung, durch Dekorative Gegenstände, schöne Bilder, voll ausgestattete Küche! Wir konnten unsere E Bikes im Keller abstellen, das Auto hat auch vor der Tür einen Platz gefunden! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt!

Insgesamt war ich zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung, auch wenn der folgende Text etwas anderes vermuten lassen. Positiv ist die gute Erreichbarkeit zu den örtlichen Geschäften und zum Meer. Über Svaneke selbst braucht man nichts sagen, er ist einfach schön und zumindest bis Anfang Juli auch nicht überlaufen. Allerdings sollte man sich dessen bewusst sein, dass die Ferienwohnung an einer Straße liegt, die gerade morgens von LKW verhältnismäßig stark frequentiert wird, die die hiesigen Lokale und den Supermarkt beliefert - es ist also mitunter laut in den Schlafzimmern. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sauber, die Bettdecken und Kopfkissen waren jedoch teils sehr dreckig und werden offenbar nicht regelmäßig gewaschen. Meiner Meinung nach gehören Bettdecken etc. nach jedem Gastwechsel gewaschen. Die Dunstabzugshaube funktionierte gar nicht, was vor allem im Hinblick auf die fehlende Beleuchtung etwas ärgerlich war. Persönlich würde ich die FeWo kein 2. Mal buchen, was aber primär an meinen Vorlieben liegt.
