Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 126 m² and is build in 2013. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 300 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1267 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 18000 m. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Vi var fire par, god indretning, dejligt fællesrum i midten af huset. Det hele fungerede for os.

Dejlige Bornholm med familien, hus med god plads og dejligt med 2 badeværelser. Overdækket terrasse. Grillen var ubrugelig og græsset trængte til en klipling hvis man skulle kunne bruge den.

Sommerhuset ligger dejligt , tæt på vand. Gode muligheder for gå turer.

Rigtig dejlig sommerhus som ligger i et smukt område. Dog synes vi der godt kunne ha' været lidt skabs garderobe i værelserne og ikke kun en kommode. Dejlig skøn overdækket terresse men kunne godt ha' brugt et par liggestole. Men alt i alt en rigtig dejlig sommerhus.
