The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 15 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 1037 m² garden site. Situated 50 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 165 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. Shelter. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.
