Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 75 m² and is build in 1979. In 2008 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 120 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1450 m² garden site. Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Carport is at your disposal.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.1 DVD player. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Ich fand die Dusche sehr klein . Die Lage war sehr schön. Das Doppelbett war auch in Ordnung. Die Haushaltsgeräte sollten mal überprüft werden und ggf. erneuern

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal, der Blick auf's Meer war schön, der Strand mit Sitzmöglichkeiten (dänische Picknickbänke) schnell zu erreichen. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Ferienhaus sehr sauber. Wir haben die Möglichkeit der Endreinigung genutzt. Die Ausstattung war besser, als beschrieben. Ein ausführlicher Ordner mit Bedienungsanleitungen ist vorhanden. Wlan und Smart-TV sind gut. Auf den Terrassen gibt es genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, im Schuppen am Carport stehen auch noch Liegestühle zur Verfügung. Der Garten mit Rasenfläche ist riesig, hinter dem Schuppen am Carport ist auch ein Edelstahlbecken zum Fische ausnehmen. Im Schuppen befinden sich Waschmaschine, Trockner und die kleine Gefriertruhe. Die Möblierung war gut, das Doppelbett sehr bequem. Der Kaminofen sorgte für kuschelige Wärme. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Lohals (Dagli Brugsen) sind ausreichend. Wir und unser kleiner Pudel haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit Hund. Das Haus und die Umgebung ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Nur die Fenster hätten geputzt werden können, dann wäre der Meerblick noch schöner gewesen. Wenn es mit unseren Urlauben passt, würden wir nächstes Jahr gern wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einen sehrerholsamenUrlaub, da in der Umgebung sehr ruhig ist. Wir waren zu 2 mit Hund, Platz im Haus war reichlich. Der Sofa und die Sessel waren sehr bequem. Sehr schönes Grundstück, was fehlte, war der Zaun um den Grundstück damit der Hund nicht wegläuft. Sonst waren wir mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Ein paar Liegen zum Sonnen wären schön gewesen.
