The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. There is floorheating in the living room. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1410 m² garden site. Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1800 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Football goal. Situated 100 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

General:
Gute und gekennzeichnete Wanderwege waren vorhanden. Der Strand direkt vor dem Grundstück ist nicht sonderlich ansprechend. Es ist aber ein kleiner Steg vorhanden. Es empfiehlt sich den Hauptstrand der Ferienhaussiedlung zu besuchen. Die Mülltrennung über öffentliche Sammelbehälter ist positiv. Schön sind die Sonnenuntergänge, die man von Terrasse und Wohnzimmer erleben kann.

Tolle Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Die Größe der Betten findet man bei den Bildern ?? Es fehlte leider ein Toaster, der Fernseher mit ein paar deutschen TV-Sendern ist super.

Schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage.Toller Seeblick.Viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung für Naturliebhaber.Ruhige Lage.Ein rundum schönes Ferienhaus indem mann einen ruhigen,erholsamen Urlaub verbringen kann. Wie immer eine gute Betreuung durch das örtliche Sonnd u.Strand Büro mit den immer hilfsbereiten u.freundlichen Personal. Wir werden wieder bei Sol u.Strand buchen.????
