Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 50 m² and is build in 2012. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 100 litres.

The holiday home is situated on a 1192 m² natural site. Situated 250 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 10000 m. A 12 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Situated 50 m from a playground. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there is 1 bedroom. 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.- 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located on the bed-loft of the house and 2 in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 Swedish channels. At least 4 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
The house is rented only to adults. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Schönes, preiswertes Haus mit angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Küche und das Bad waren super. Bei dem Internet gab es keine Probleme. Beim Fernsehen musste man sich erst einmal durchfuchsen, um an die deutschen Sender zu kommen. Ein grosses Problem sind in dem Haus die Leuchtmittel, die entweder im Bad und Schlafzimmer minimal funktionierten, ansonsten sind auch noch noch Halogen, oder noch Energiesparlampen verbaut. Es wäre doch kein Problem in dieser Zeit alles auf LED umzustellen und auch einige wenige als Reserve darzulassen. Auch das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist aufgrund der Breite gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber sonst alles im allen gutes und preiswertes Haus. P.S. Toll waren auch die angebrachten Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer und dem Bad mit Reisverschluss!
