Holiday home suitable for 8 persons The holiday home is 107 m² and is build in 2008. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 92 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1230 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 25000 m from the sea. Situated 350 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 4500 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 18 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 9 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.2 sleeping places in adjustable beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

Huset har en meget rolig beliggenhed, skøn lukket have vores hunde kunne boltre sig i.Dejligt med elevationssenge - ses vist ikke i mange sommerhuse.Fine små hyggekroge på terrassen.Eneste minus var, at købmanden var lukket, så vi måtte køre lidt længere for at proviantere. Men det kan Sol og Strand ikke klandres for.Alt i alt havde vi nogle dejlige dage.Det var dejligt at der ikke var så langt til Ringkøbing, som er en god by at besøge, gode spisesteder hvor der er udendørs servering så vi kan have hunde med. Dernæst skal Sol og Strand have ros for at løse vores problemer meget hurtigt. Da håndtaget i døren faldt af.

sehr ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Einrichtung funktionell und gemütlich, Umgebung gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum Fjord kurze Wegstrecke und viel Natur

schön abgeschottet und ruhige Lage es ist alles da was mann so braucht besonders schön das man informiert wird wann das Haus bezugsfertig ist also kommt man etwas früher ins Haus die oberen Fenster müsten mal gereinigt werden ist ohne spezieller Leiter nicht möglich

Ein tolles Haus. Mit der Küchen Einrichtung gibt es ein paar Mängel. ( kein Wasserkocher, wenig Schüsseln) also kein große Kriterium. WLAN musste man den Router erst einmal finde der befindet sich nämlich nicht ersichtlich hinter der Couch. Sonst war ich sehr zu frieden mit dem Haus.

Die vorherigen Gäste haben es leider nicht ganz sauber hinterlassen, Haus und Grundstück sind groß, Umgebung ruhig aber alles in der Nähe schnell erreichbar. Achtung, ein Zimmer liegt auf der Galerie ist somit nicht abschließbar.

Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, wenn man Ruhe haben will, die Aufteilung ist gut, Platz ist reichlich, Grundstück ist schön groß und abgeschlossen. Die Einrichtung/Austattung ist gut, aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, hier wird hoffentlich kurztfristig nachgebessert. Dann ist alles gut.
