Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 84 m² and is build in 2007. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1100 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 4500 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Shelter. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Stereo set. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

General:
Garten wirkte auf den Fotos deutlich größer. Dennoch war der Aufenthalt im Garten und im Haus sehr schön und es war genügend Platz vorhanden. Eine toll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Utensilien, die man nur benötigt. Eines der best ausgestatteten Ferienhäuser in Dänemark, in denen wir je waren. Mehr Transparenz zur Nebenkostenabrechnung sowie Zählerstand ablesen wäre wünschenswert. Lage des Hauses als erstes Haus einer viel befahrenen Kieselstraße. Dadurch oft sehr laut durch die vorbeifahrenden Autos auf dem Kieselweg.
