Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 107 m² and is build in 2006. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1100 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Worth knowing

Das Haus hat einen schönen dänischen Flair und vermittelt eine gemütliche, angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Einrichtung ist zwar nicht mehr ganz neu, aber gepflegt und vollkommen in Ordnung. < br /> < br />Besonders schön ist die ruhige Lage am Ende der Straße. Für Hundebesitzer ist die Umgebung ideal, da man dort sehr gut und entspannt spazieren gehen kann. < br /> < br />Bis zum Wasser ist es ein kleines Stück zu Fuß, aber gut erreichbar. Für zwei Personen ist das Haus von der Größe und Ausstattung her optimal und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. < br /> < br />Insgesamt ein gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage, besonders geeignet für zwei Personen und einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Hund.

Das Ferienhaus ist im Ganzen gut. Es muss aber einiges getan werden. Einige Fenster und Terassentür sind im schlechten Zustand. Wenn man ankommt, aus dem Auto steigt und gleich die hässlichen Fenster sieht, nicht schön. Die Lage hat uns enttäuscht, kein Zugang zum Wasser.

Wir Waren mit der ganzen Familie 7 Personen und 2 großen Hunde vor Ort. Alles hat gut geklappt , die 4 Einzelschlafzimmer mit je 2 x 90 x 200 cm Betten waren in Verbindung mit 2 Bädern ( 1 x mit Whirlwanne, 1 x mit Dusche) recht entgegenkommend. Die Hunde hatten mit 2 Langleinen auf dem großen Grundstück einen herrlichen Auslauf. Die Umgebung beschert absolute Ruhe. Mit dem Auto kann man viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nutzen.

Vær mere opmærksom på gæster, der ønsker at bruge huset "at bo" i til ren afslapning. Dem der ikke kører ud og handler hver dag. Køle- og frysekapacitet er for lille. Især fryseren. Jeg ville nødig skulle have mad til 8 personer, som huset er beregnet til, i det lille køleskab og fryser.
