Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 54 m² and is build in 1970. In 2004 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet.} Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² garden site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. A 45 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 new TV with Boxer Play TV. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Skønt område - et dejligt sommerhus i autentisk stil. En personlig og hjertevarm velkomst. Det kan vi godt lide.

Hyggeligt sommerhus med alt man kan forvente. Der var både brætspil og et smart-tv samt udstyr og redskaber til at kunne lave mad under opholdet. Ved ankomsten var der et kort og en flaske vin, hvilket gjorde et godt førstehåndsindtryk. Eneste mangel er, at man skal vaske op i hånden, da der ikke er en opvaskemaskine, men det kan man leve med. Alt i alt var det et dejligt ophold, som vi med glæde ville gentage.
