Rudkøbing liegt ca. 7,3 km und der Golfklub Langeland ca. 21 km entfernt. In Rudkøbing gibt es gute Cafés und Restaurants. Diese Gegend ist reich an schönen Ausflugszielen und besonders guten Fischbeständen. In der Nähe des Grundstücks befindet sich ein eingezäunter See. Auf Langeland liegen schöne Sandstrände mit herrichem Badewasser, die im Sommer zum Schwimmen einladen.
