Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 120 m² and is build in 1982. In 2020 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in the hall. Floor heating in the corridor. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 140 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1213 m² garden site. Situated 275 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. A 102 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 28 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Situated 250 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Langeland ist mir kein,unbekannter Ort.Ich habe dort Anfang der 90er mehrere Urlaube mit meinen damals noch kleinen Kindern verbracht. ( es gab noch eine Fähre Kiel-Bagenkop ) < br />Seit einigen Jahren mache ich wieder regelmäßig Urlaub in DK,inbesondere Langeland.Interessanterweise auch gelegentlich mit meinen Kindern und deren Anhängen. (z.B 1 Woche angeln) Mit meiner Frau fahre ich viel Fahrrad was auch recht gut geht. < br />Das Haus war natürlich absolut top,es mangelte an nichts. Es stand viel Wohnraum zur Verfügung. alles war super gepflegt. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. < br />Der Garten ist riesig , mit Grill unf Feuerplatz.Selbst das Wetter war Ende April so gut dass man mittags ein Sonnenbad auf der großen Terrasse nehmen konnte.Gartenmöbel standen auch mehr als ausreichend zur Verfügung.Aus meiner Sicht wirklich alles bestens. Ganz wichtig: der hintere Hausanteil ist wohl schon etwas älter,das Haus ist aber vor wenigen Jahren vergrößert,und dabei kernsaniert worden,so dass man das Objekt als neuwertig in allen Bereichen sehen

Toller Ort, schönes Haus! Sehr großes Grundstück. Küche etwas zu klein, aber neues Bad und neuer Wohnbereich. Etwas klein im Innenbereich, wenn wirklich alle Betten belegt sind.

Perfekt sommerhus. Gode faciliteter, rigtig godt udstyret køkken, alt føltes nyt og i god kvalitet, hav udsigt, både gas og kul grill. Vi vil gerne tilbage et andet år :-)

Wat een mooi ruimopgezet vakantiehuis. We troffen het met het weer maar helaas waren de ligbedden zoals op de foto's te zien zijn op de site niet voor handen. Verder is het huis van alle mogeijke gemakken voorzien, en zijn we er met veel plezier 1 week verbleven.
