Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 78 m² and is build in 1973. In 2024 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1287 m² garden site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Situated 20 m from lake. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 90 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 45 m² covered terrace.Fire place. Gas grill available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor hot tub for 4 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV.1 Apple TV.TV through streaming. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Fint hus på stille vænge, næsten ingen trafik. Har alle nødvendige faciliteter. Meget værdi for pengene

Vi syntes, at trods visse mangler, var det et rart hus og vi nød vores ophold. Dejlig have med skøn natur og dyreliv. Gå afstand til stranden.

Et hyggeligt og velindrettet sommerhus i et skønt område. Stor og dejlig terrasse rundt huset. God senge! Virkelig veludstyret køkken. Dog kunne grill og carport godt bruge en kærlig hånd med lidt vand og sæbe. Alt i alt vil vi anbefale sommerhuset.
