Holiday home suitable for 11 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 210 m² and is build in 1966. In 2019 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 500 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 3390 m² garden site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Situated 100 m from lake. Nearest shop is 4500 m away. A 120 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in single beds. 3 sleeping places in bunk beds. 5 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 american refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Worth knowing

Super Ferienhaus für einen Angelurlaub. Moderne Einrichtung und alles sehr gepflegt. Kurzer Weg zu Strand und den Hafen erreicht man auch sehr schnell.

Dejligt sommerhus med masser af plads til den store familie. Aktivitetsrummet var et hit. Sommerhuset lå i et meget attraktivt og flot område.

Tolles Ferienhaus, gute Ausstattung, schöne Lage, kurzer Weg zum Strand sowie zur Müllentsorgung. Allerdings befindet sich ein kleiner Teich direkt auf dem Grundstück. Dies ist mit kleinen Kinder eher suboptimal.
