Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 86 m² and is build in 1991. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 315 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² garden site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 10000 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Football goal. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs.1 DVD player. Video. Radio. Stereo set. CD player.Playstation 1. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Wir haben uns grundsätzlich sehr wohl gefühlt. Bis auf einen kleinen Hocker, der mit Kindern wünschenswert gewesen wäre, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war super. Das Haus wirkt auf den Bildern geräumiger als es tatsächlich ist. Es war für unsere Bedürfnisse dennoch ausreichend. Leider war der nahegelegene Supermarkt und auch viele andere Lokalitäten jetzt im Oktober geschlossen. Das war uns vorab nicht bewusst.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältniss stimmt auf jeden Fall. Die Einrichtung ist robust, hin und da muss was gemacht werden. Wie zum Beispiel sämtliche Türen wieder ausrichten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, sogar ein Mixer und ein Waffeleisen. Ein moderner Fernseher mit Amazon Prime und Netflix, ein DVD Player. So konnten wir die mitgenomme Filme schauen. In der Scheune eine große Tiefkühltruhe, ein großer Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Alles funktioniert und wurde benutzt. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank gibt es auch in der Küche. Die Sauna ist prima. Allerdings würde ich das Whirlpool nicht unbedingt benutzen. Sobald er mit Wasser in Kontakt kommt, riecht er komisch. Ein riesengroßer Garten mit etlichen Spielgeräten, die Kinder und der Hund haben sich gefreut. Im Dorf gibt es ein kleiner Laden mit einem guten Auswahl an Produkten. Die Preise sind insgesamt um etwa ein Drittel höher als ind Deutschland. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub!

tijdens onze wandelingen langs het strand hadden wij het geluk om wild te spotten we hebben zelfs een zeearend live gezien voor de eerste keer. Ook een leuk strand voor kinderen door de zandbanken. Met dank aan het uitmuntende Sol og strand team in Svendborg dat ons heel goed heeft ontvangen en geholpen.

Very nice holidayhouse with a big garden close to the beach. Enough games and Danish books in the house. All the appliances are quit new and in very good order. Overall a very nice house for a good price in a great area
