Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 112 m² and is build in 2018. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 90 litres.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1201 m² garden site. Situated 750 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 250 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 6500 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 17 m² covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher. A extra refrigerator as well as a microwave oven is available in the utility room.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 1 person.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, sehr ruhig, ohne Autoverkehr. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und der Garten lädt zum Spielen ein. Das Haus ist sehr hell, freundlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr hochwertig, die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Die Küche ist sehr vielfältig ausgestattet, wie zuhause! Das zweite Badezimmer haben wir sehr geschätzt. Terrassenmöbel, Liegestühle und ein Grill sind ebenfalls vorhanden. In ca. 500 m befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, der Strand kann ebenfalls zu Fuß erreicht werden. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Toll ausgestattes Haus mit wunderschönem, großen Garten. Es fehlte an nichts und auch die Betten waren super. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Haus (2023 + 2026) und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es war genauso toll wie beim ersten Mal. Eine super Ausstattung ( nur Markengeräte und alles funktioniert einwandfrei ??) wie zu Hause ??????. Die Raumaufteilung ist perfekt. Wir (2 Personen) hatten Besuch von einem befreundeten Pärchen. Super, da es noch ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer gibt. Kein morgendliches Gedränge im Badezimmer. Das Grundstück liegt in einer Sackgasse und ist sehr ruhig. Ganz wunderbar ?? Der Webergasgrill funktioniert einwandfrei (Gasflasche ist vorhanden) Es gab nichts zu meckern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen Sommerhaus. Die Kinder liebten den großen Garten und wir die sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Bäder groß. Die Küche war wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an gar nichts. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
