A beautifully maintained and tastefully furnished holiday home featuring a 12-square-metre indoor swimming pool. The summer house is attractively situated on a natural plot and offers both open and enclosed terraces.

Bright and welcoming interior for ultimate relaxation

The bright and cosy interior features coordinated colour schemes, helping you feel at home straight away and enjoy quality time with your loved ones. High ceilings in the kitchen and living areas create a sense of space, while numerous windows flood the rooms with natural light and offer lovely views over the grounds.

The summer house is comprehensively equipped - after a long beach walk, you can unwind in the sauna or whirlpool to recharge your batteries.

Year-round swimming pool access

With its 12-square-metre indoor swimming pool, you're not dependent on the weather. During less favourable conditions, children can splash in the pool while you relax on the sofa or prepare meals.
Solar panels help heat the pool, keeping electricity consumption under control.

The holiday home also features two bathrooms and four bedrooms, making it ideal for two families looking for a holiday home with a pool.

Enjoy the sun from the enclosed terrace

If you're travelling with toddlers or dogs, they can play unsupervised on the enclosed terrace without worry of them wandering off to explore.

For those preferring the beach, it's just 500 metres from the house. Here you can watch the sunset in the evening or build sandcastles with the children.

As an added bonus, this holiday home features solar panels that reduce electricity consumption when the sun is shining.
