Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 60 m² and is build in 1963. In 2002 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² dune site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Situated 200 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 1960 m away. A 45 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

Super Ausblick, aber viel Nachholbedarf beim Zustand… Wir schätzen die naturbelassene Umgebung und der Ausblick ist wirklich toll. Allerdings hat uns der Zustand des Hauses enttäuscht: Es war nicht sauber und wirkt innen wie außen sehr in die Jahre gekommen (und das katastrophale Badezimmer ... ohne Worte). Das Ferienhaus muss dringend renoviert werden. Auch der zugewachsene Zugang durch die Rosenhecke hätte etwas Pflege vertragen können.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Lage mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Service sehr praktisch da der Schlüssel direkt am Haus hinterlegt ist. Allerdings könnte das Bad eine Renovierung gebrauchen.

Die Lage und der Ausblick des Hauses sind toll. An sich ist das Haus OK, benötigt aber dringend einige Renovierungsarbeiten: Die Schränke sind alle muffig, das Bad ist schimmelig (Gott sei Dank gab es Chlorbleiche im Haus), der Duschvorhang alt und schmutzig, ein Schlafzimmer hat Schimmel an der Wand (Westseite), die Betten sind viel zu schmal für 2 (130-140 breit), das Einzelbett ist 60 cm breit (nur für kleine Kinder geeignet). Die Matratzen sind alt und durchgelegen, die Deckbetten und Kopfkissen sind wirklich schmutzig, durchgeschwitzt und stinken. Das war wirklich eine Zumutung. Da sollte man am besten eigene Sachen mitbringen. Die Küche und die Küchenutensilien sind sauber, funktionieren und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Leider gibt es keinen Dunstabzug über dem Herd und alle Essensgerüche bleiben im Wohnzimmer. Regelmäßiges Lüften ist hier dann zwingend. Obwohl das hier viel Kritik ist, war unser Aufenthalt schön. Wären die Mängel oben beseitigt, wäre auch der Preis gerechtfertigt. So aber gibt es wesentlich bessere Optionen.%

Sehr altes Haus, keine Steckdose im Badezimmer, Zugang zum Haus über eine lange und hohe Steintreppe, bei Nässe nicht ungefährlich, ansonsten ok
