Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 125 m² and is build in 1969. In 2021 the holiday home was renovated. You are allowed to bring a small dog - max. 30 - 40 cm high. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is floor heating in the living room, one of the bedrooms, in the bathroom and the entrance hall. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 61 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 4185 m² dune site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Situated 5000 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 3800 m away. A 120 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Situated 3800 m from a playground. Outdoor sauna. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine for capsules available.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor prefilled whirlpool for 5 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. Radio.1 Bluetooth speaker. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal. SONOS speaker.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. You are allowed to bring a small dog - max. 30-40 cm high.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Weihnachtsurlaub mit der Familie in diesem Haus. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen, alles war modern, funktional und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus war super schön und gemütlich. Die Sauna und der außenwhirpool waren die Highlights, da wir in der ersten Januarwoche dort waren und es sehr viel geschneit hat. die Umgebung war durch den Schnee einfach einzigartig und wir hatten einen traumhaften und entspannten Urlaub.

Tolle Lage, schöner Blick aus der Sauna. Gut eingerichtet. Nur die Küchenausstattung war teilweise nicht ausreichend für 6 Personen.
