Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 120 m² and is build in 2000. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 111 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 3012 m² dune site. Situated 450 m from the sea. Situated 450 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 4300 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Sandbox. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. There is floor heating in the guest bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses und die Lage waren sehr gut. Es fehlte an nichts.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit mit der Familie in dem schönen Haus. Die Küchenausstattung ist super und das Haus ist auch sonst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im Außenbereich sind vier Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen Schlüsselkasten direkt am Haus (äußerst praktisch).

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Das Haus ist sauber und auf dem neuesten Stand. Wir haben es bereits 3x gebucht und würden auch unsere zukünftigen Aufenthalte dort verbringen.

Das Haus ist groß und bietet viel Platz und Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle. Die Zimmer mit Doppelbetten sind ausreichend groß, das Kinderzimmer ist aber ziemlich klein. Das Haus ist schön, in gutem Zustand und vor allem sehr ruhig gelegen. Kein Straßenlärm und nicht weit von Strand entfernt. Toll: die großen Schiebetüren zur Terrasse und die getönten Scheiben. So ist es auch bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung angenehm.

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Ich kann es mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Der Ofen ist der Hit klein aber super im Gebrauch ,es wurde mit wenig gemütlich warm . Immer wieder gerne
