Holiday home suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 1950. In 2003 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres.

The holiday home is situated on a 327000 m² dune site. Situated 750 m from the sea. Situated 800 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Lage wunderbar, ohne jegliche Abstriche. Allerdings: Das Haus könnte besser gepflegt sein; am besten ein paar Schraubendreher, Mittel zum Fensterputz und eine funktionstüchtige Brotsäge mitnehmen. Geparkt werden muss ca. 30 m unterhalb des Hauses. Für alte oder behinderte Nutzer mit Gepäck schwierig. Wir fahren seit mehr als 30 Jahren immer wieder in dieses eigentlich wunderbare Haus und sehen mit Schmerzen, wie es langsam verkommt. Wer einfaches, ruhiges Leben liebt, ist hier richtig. Wer für guten Urlaub einen großen TV-Schirm und eine Whirlpool braucht, sollte woanders hinfahren. Achtung: Die Verkehrsanbindung von der schnell befahrenen Hauptstraße (181) zur Hauszuwegung ist wegen der engen Radien und eines parallel geführten Radweges nicht ungefährlich.

Es war einfach perfekt. Wir waren urlaubsreif und haben uns im gemütliche Haus sofort wohl gefühlt. Den gross Abstand zu Nachbarn haben wir sehr geschätzt. Auch die Landschaft drumherum hat uns bezaubert. Zum Abschalten und Erholen der ideale Ort. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Vermieter!!!

Traumhafte Lage ohne direkte Nachbarn, dennoch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem PKw gut zu erreichen. Fußläufig zum Strand in 5 min. Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus, es sind einige Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist intakt und benutzbar. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier richtig.
