Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 53 m² and is build in 1979. In 1998 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2280 m² natural site. Situated 1500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 10 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Det var så 10'ende gang, at jeg lejede det lille hus på Geminivej 14, og jeg kommer snart igen. Huset er rart (og med en passende størrelse, når man, som jeg, er her alene), og så ligger det rigtig fint i forhold til skov, strand, indkøb og café. ??

Havde lejet sommerhuset i 3 uger men var da nødt til at tage 1 uge mere. Hvis ikke der kom nye lejere i næste uge, så er det ikke til at vide, hvornår jeg ville komme hjem! Elsker Skiveren, og det lille hus på Geminivej har jeg snart lejet mange gange.

...gut benutztes Ferienhaus :), aber das spricht ja auch für ein attraktives Angebot. Die fehlende Waschmaschine war mit der Nähe zum schönen Campingplatz in Skiveren kein Problem. Man sollte ggf. Mosquitonetze mit bringen, um die Fenster am Abend abzudichten. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort. K & I
