Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 85 m² and is build in 1975. In 2013 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 45 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1250 m² natural site. Situated 20000 m from the sea. Situated 100 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 8000 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

General:
Fijn ruim huis met mooie grote tuin op prachtige locatie! Tuin heel goed onderhouden, ook omgeving: wandelen langs fjord op mooi gemaaid wandelpad, super. Wel twijfels bij schoonmaak: kregen al eind van de ochtend bericht dat huis klaar was. Bij aankomst zelf terras met stoelen en tafels spinragvrij moeten maken, was echt niet schoon. Grote pot vol met peuken op tafel was niet opgeruimd, erg vies. Op tafel lag een papier dat het huis was schoongemaakt, datum echter van de week ervoor. Dus vermoedelijk is het huis een week niet bezet geweest. Binnen op lampen behoorlijk stof. Onderkant toiletbril vies. Eindschoonmaak maar liefst 169 euro, dan verwacht je veel beter.
