The holiday home is situated on a 1360 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 400 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 9000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Outdoor sauna. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 9 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 3 sleeping places in bunk beds.2 sleeping places in adjustable beds.

General:
Es ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Auf den Bildern war nicht 100% zu erkenn, ob das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Vor Ort kann aber bestätigt werden, das das Grundstück auch zur linken Seite mit einem Zaun versehen ist. Der HotTub wurde vor Ort als "nicht mehr so schön" beschrieben, es handelte sich aber nur um Chlorränder. Dies hat uns nicht gestört. Die Sauna ist sehr geräumig und man kann von außen nicht gesehen werden. Lediglich der Sensor für den Saunaofen ist ungeschickt platziert, so das die Sauna denkt es sind 80°C obwohl erst 55°C sind. Das aufheißen dauert so unnötig lange. Die sonstige Ausstattung ist 1A
