The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 5000 m² natural site. Situated 900 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 3700 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

General:
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus selbst, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, was Küche/Bad betrifft. Die Lichtverhältnisse im Haus lassen zu wünschen übrig. Teilweise sind nicht in allen Zimmern Deckenleuchten und die an der Wand angebrachten Lampen leider zu wenig und zu dunkel. Die Terrassen sind perfekt ausgerichtet, das Grundstück liegt super.
