Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 93 m² and is build in 1975. In 1992 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There are solar cells. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2900 m² natural site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 900 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Trampoline. Play tower. Slide. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

General:
Wir waren zu zweit in diesem sehr gut und hervorragend ausgestatteten Haus, dass am Ende der Straße liegt. Es fehlte uns an nichts im Haus. Alles war sehr liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmt und ein schöner Ausblick auf die Natur (Rehe am Haus und Vorgarten, Rehe und Fasane kreuzten häufiger den Weg im Ferienhausgebiet). Im oberen Bereich des Grundstückes gibt es div. Spielgeräte für Kinder und einen Pavillon mit Meerblick. Ich werde dieses Haus sicher wieder buchen ... Die abendlichen Sonnenuntergänge sind ein herrliches Farbenspiel. Ein magischer Ort der verzaubert.
