Holiday flat suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 64 m² and is build in 1906. In 1996 the holiday home was renovated. In 2024 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 100 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 300 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there is 1 bedroom. 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV.1 Chromecast. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie i Skagen i september måned, med meget blandet vejr. Vi nåede i starten af ugen at dyppe tæerne i vandet helt ude på grenen i solskin ved 6-tiden om aftenen. At komme forbi Gl. Skagen og den tilsandede kirke og gå mange ture rundt i Skagen by. Vi besøgte også flere udmærkede spisesteder med fornuftige priser. Alt i alt et udmærket ophold.

Et fint byhus med en super placering i forhold til Skagen centrum og havn. Dejlig gårdhave med fine havemøbler. Ligger tæt på en fantastisk bager.
