Holiday home suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 68 m² and is build in 1973. In 2021 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 15 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1250 m² garden site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 8200 m. A 10 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

General:
Huset har potentiale men trænger efterhånden til en kærlig hånd og en god gang rengøring. Især køkken og bad. Møbler og tæpper er virkelig støvede. Anbefales ikke til støvallergikere. Der mangler service og køkkenredskaber. Vi var fx nødt til at købe en stegepande, da den der var i huset, var ubrugelig. Der er en speciel lugt i huset, formentlig på grund af tidligere tiders rygning indendørs, og vi oplevede også lugtgener fra brønden udenfor, hvor lugten af spildevand trak ind i huset.
